Users who sign up for an account with Moving Map including by the marketing list,
understand that their e-mail address will be recorded and saved. Users will also be,
given the opportunity to set a username. This username is designed solely as a way for
the user to dictate how they wish to be addressed. It is up to the user as to what
information they are willing to disclose and the user will not hold Spatiata liable
for any issues arising from disclosing sensitive information.
Users are solely responsible for their account security. Users should be setting
a unique password when accessing Moving Map. Spatiata holds no responsibility for
any unauthorised access to a users account due to the user not practicing
common sense security measures such as unique hard to guess passwords, not
storing passwords securely and not managing their login sessions securely.
Spatiata does not have any interest in demographic social information about its
users. We believe all people should be treated equally and as such we believe in
a free; and where reasonable, anonymous access to information.

1. Accessing website and services
By using this website and its affiliated services you agree that you will
do so in line with our Copyright Notice.

Unless express permission has been granted in writing by Spatiata, violations to the above may result in blocking of access to our website at any time for any reason which can include but not limited to Region blocks, IP blocks. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action if we deem it necessary.

3. Commercial use
Moving Map is designed to be free/freemium and open to public use. It is not designed
to be used for commercial purposes. If you or a representative of you or your business
use Spatiata websites (including Moving Map) or services with commercial intent,
Spatiata reserves the right to cancel any existing accounts, delete data, and
record actions in such a way it deems fit for the purposes of cost recovery for
the unauthorised commercial use of its products and services.
Spatiata may consider commercial licencing as a reasonable alternative for cost recovery
for unauthorised use. If such a case, Spatiata will raise a commercial licence invoice
and send it to the affected customer with a deadline for payment of 28 days.
Failure to pay the commercial licence will result in all associated accounts access
being terminated immediately and legal action will be sought for cost recovery.
Moving Map is not designed to be a property valuation tool. Spatiata is not a licenced
property valuer and has no intention of calculating property values. It may present
public statistics or information which may contain value information, but it
would only do this as an intermediary information delivery service without alteration.
Using Moving Map to value property is strictly forbidden by these terms and is
considered to be a commercial action. Any attempts to use Moving Map or any of
its services for such a purpose will result in an immediate cease and desist
request being sent as well as a cost recovery for attempts at using the product
and/or service for unauthorised commercial activity and to repair its image.
Spatiata is not liable for you using this information inappropriately, and you
will not hold Spatiata liable for any loss incurred by your misuse of this site.
These clauses exist expressly to combat misuse of Moving Map which operates in
conjunction with Spatiata's ethics and principles. Moving Map is designed to
support social equity, not to facilitate speculative inflation practices.
Spatiata aims to assist with housing fairness not commercial manipulation.
Moving Map is designed to assist people and not to fuel price gouging.
Spatiata is within the jurisdiction of Victorian State Law and Australian Federal Law. If we are required to take any action it will be done through our local jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. By continuing to use the site, you are considered to have accepted the terms of use of this site at the time which you access it.
